At The Petoskey Stone Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique piece of Michigan-inspired jewelry. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original gift box and place it inside a secure shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the stones, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
